Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Predicted mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

Predicted is for entertainment purposes only. The App allows users to share and discuss predictions made on third-party prediction market platforms (such as Kalshi and Polymarket). Predicted does not facilitate, enable, or encourage gambling or wagering. Any financial activity takes place solely on third-party platforms, not within Predicted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any connected prediction market platforms complies with all applicable laws and the terms of those platforms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Predicted. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that:

• You have the right to post the content
• The content does not violate any third party's rights
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading predictions or fabricate market positions
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Spam, scrape, or use automated tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Third-Party Platforms

Predicted integrates with third-party prediction market platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for any activity, losses, or issues that arise from your use of those platforms.

7. Verification

The App allows you to verify your prediction market positions to add a "verified" badge to your posts. Verification confirms that you held a position in the specified market at the time of posting. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement of your prediction or guarantee of future accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT ON THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
